    Truly Inspirational leader. Unfortunately our institutions don't have Leaders with such a vision and conviction. Being in academics i observed this thing. Most of the people in the leadership positions focus on shortterm goals limited to their tenure. Its not limited to academics even in Politics, industry and other sectors.
