Great presentation. I am a new player and am playing with new players. I don't know where I saw this but instead of pick, excange, discard. I am reminding them to remember DED (Draw, Excange, Discard) and CED (Call, Expose, Discard) as we were having many hands where people had too many or too few tiles and were disqualified.
