Hi could you share with me how you connected the simulator cable as I have the BMW test platform and would like to know how it connects to the FEM or CAS and how to connect it to the main module.
was able to reprocess the data in the FEM, but after following all the steps to read ISN from MEVD1729, it wouldn't read the ISN... The directions for reading the ISN are a little shady... are you supposed to have the grounding bar in test or run position??? I like the tool, it is a pain to get it to bind with any android unit, but it does seem to work on FEM modules... just doesn't want to pull ISN from DME... keep getting a power reset error... and tech support doesn't seem to want to answer...
