Backstory the blast went of moments after the final battle between Celestia’s fleet and Sombra’s army. A white flash illuminated the sky as a blast of blinding rainbow light swept across the earth. The moment fluttershy saw the mushroom cloud erupt in the distance she took flight, soaring in the opposite direction as she attempted to escape the shockwave that rippled through the land. Fluttershy’s wings were no match for the bomb as it quickly caught up to her, stripping the flesh from her bones, turning her into nothing but a bloody mist. After the shockwave came the fire storm Which illuminated the sky, acting as a vacuum and incinerating anything inside the vicinity. Rainbow dash was swift, and with the same idea as fluttershy and took to the sky, managing to outrun the shockwave before it tapered down. However, A great ball of fire raged forth pulling rainbow into the flames and burning the hide off her skin. She screamed and cried for help but her cries were drowned out by the raging fire around her. The surrounding trees and foliage went up like kindling in a brilliant rainbow heu flame and Sweet apple archers didn’t stand a chance. Apple Jack was tending to her orchard when a wall of fire swept through the valley, igniting everything that was even remotely flammable including her hide. Crying out she galloped through the burning trees desperately searching for a water trough to put herself out with. Apple Jacks strong legs wouldn’t be able to carry her more than a few yards before she collapsed as the flames ate away at her muscles. Leaving her a charred heap that was barely identifiable to the burned rubble around her. Although Being inside a building protected rarity from the initial fire and shock, the building she was in would catch fire as well. Managing to escape she cried for help as she galloped through her now burning village. The fire began to cause buildings to collapse, and without warning a mass of concrete rubble would collapse from one of the buildings and onto rarity. Eventually splitting her in half. Dying upon impact the fires of the bomb would rage on for many weeks before they subsided. Leaving nothing but a sour yellow haze and the smell of rotting corpses that littered the town in various states of decay. Pinkie pie thought she was one of the lucky ones having managed to escape the fire and chaos by going underground into her party bunker. Days turned into weeks and slowly the radiation from the surface would seep through the concrete walls of her bunker. Growing weaker and weaker by the day, her skin would become loose as the radiation rotted away her sells, poisoning her from the inside out. Moments before the blast, in one last ditch attempt to preserve her home, twilight would teleport miles from the blast site to canterlot. There she would channel her magic into a spectacular shield that encased the entirety of the city. The explosion was not far behind and would catch up to twilights shield, slamming into the side of the force field without any notion of slowing down or stopping. Looking around her she strained to keep the walls from shattering against the unholy power of the rainboom that had been utilized to create this devastating bomb, that would wipe equestria and sombras army off the map. Tears filled her eyes as the surrounding area outside her shield illuminated into a bright rainbow light, causing her to realize that within her protective spell was all that was left of equestria. Power surged through her body lighting up her eyes and every vein in her body with magic, using every last bit of strength she had to overcome the power of the bomb. Unable to maintain this level of power her alicorn magic would prove to be no match for the bomb as her shield began to crack, letting in a few rays of blinding rainboom light. The civilians below cried in horror as the explosion would soon decimate twilights protective spell, encroaching upon the city, erasing it from existence. Twilights body collapsed as her spell failed, seeing nothing but white before she too was swallowed up by celestias last ditch effort to win this war.
I love how you made the fire seem colorful even though the fire itself didn't change color it's such an amazing way of putting it together and it turns out well!!

The mean 4s deaths King sombra felt sick. He tried to go to the crystal Empire. The magical shield covering the crystal empire was blocking the black pony from getting in. He puked purple blood letting the immortality and life out. After king sombra its crysails. She was left without warmth.
He likely wasn't alive when this happened, since the Ever Ash Project destroyed the entire world. Even if he had lived, it wouldn't have been for very long.
