This makes me question how the heck Camilla was planning to beat Dracula. Alucard is much stronger than her from what I've seen and he was barely able to to go toe to toe against his father for a time.
From what I understand, Carmilla's plan was a case of having badly misread the room. She couldn't comprehend that his entire motivation was out of grief, so she believed he had gone crazy from age and that's why he stopped drinking blood. Carmilla saw his plan as madness so she though that he must've been mad and she also likely believed he was far weaker due to not drinking blood. It's almost certain that Dracula would've defeated her had the protagonists not interfered. Of course, it might also be that Carmilla had some ace up her sleeve that never got revealed. Who knows.
Dracula starved himself almost to death and WANTED to lose and the 3 heroes BARELY won ONLY when he gave up I wonder what happens when he is at full power?
Dracula in castlevania lore is basically an Avatar (or representative) of the god Chaos (who is the devil) opposite to God in every way and equal in power. If this series follows that lore Dracula would be unbeatable if he wanted to be like in the games only losing because of his hubris or arrogance underestimating his foes.
More anime should have a villain like Dracula. Strong, majestic, kind but can became the most evil being in existence. Honestly, Dracula is one of the best Antagonist/Last Boss in fiction history

Alucard gets his brief anime powerd up moment thats believeable and centers on his speed, something the show has enforced multiple times and the power up comes from the same form his father takes off his eyes and it actually works for a few moments before we remember that his opponent is FKING DRACULA and hes like "yea wrong show kiddio" before catching his ass out the air and planting him like a fking tree

They looked at themselves and went, "OK, I'm badass but Drac has been around for a long time so he's like 2 of me. I know what to do about that." They never saw him fight like it mattered. He got lit on fire, holes punched through him, smashed through walls and none of it mattered to him past the moment when it was happening.
When Alucard went at full speed and began hitting Dracula, you can tell our boy Tepes took some damage, not too much, but those hits weren’t tickles that’s for sure.
I’m actually not sure he did take any damage. Nothing lasting beyond the initial sting of the hit anyways. They weren’t tickles, but they weren’t much more than slaps either.

How to make an intimidating and imposing villain: Step 1. Have said villain already have a bloody history Step 2. Make them fall in love and get close to actually being good Step 3. Kill said love and go into a rage induced mourning massacre Step 4. Give him a sick ass fortress and an even sicker cape
My God, without Alucard, Sypha and Trevor would've been merked fast. I was surprised how Trevor could beat (you know who in Season 4) but couldn't do much against Dracula.
Trevor wasn't at his peak in season 2, and he only had the Morningstar whip. Throughout the rest of the seasons he's gotten more weapons like the vampire killer and the god killer blade. He also slowly regained his Belmont training through the rest of the series, becoming more skilled and dangerous in the process. Season 4 Trevor would have killed season 2 dracula.
The fact that he is very weakened yet still absolutely tanked a hit from the morning star, tanked fire from sypha and basically beat all 3 in this state. Stupidly powerful🔥
What little sanity Dracula has is what's stopping him from killing Alucard. At 1:39 he seems tempted to drive his claws right through Alucard, but has just enough composure to punch him instead.

Here after Nocturne. I wonder what Alucard’s fight with Elizabeth would be anything like this. Or what if Dracula appears in the next season. Maybe instead of his son, he would fight the Vampire Queen herself, just to prove what a real fucking Vampire looks like. And maybe he could even turn Tera back into her Human self, or would she just remain as a Vampire for the rest of her life, which could impact Maria?
We'll have to wait and see considering we don't even know where Dracula is in Nocturne. Assuming he's still even alive or if he offed himself again after Lisa dies a second natural death (hopefully).

As for the morning star, again stories and word of mouth would be more than enough for Dracula to know of it. I wish they went back to basics where the original ideas of castle vainya season 1 and 2.... Cause season 3 was a complete slog the added characters switch to story arcs around and I have no idea where all the weird sex came from....
Man, I thought the same as you for a little while but the characters grew on me. The sex I thought was somewhat unnecessary but it still had a purpose, Hector becoming a slave and Alucard losing himself to madness a bit.

@@Bloodyshadow1 What episode did Trevor mention the writings? Also, the castle is not called Castlevania, it's just Dracula's Castle. Castlevania is the name of the franchise.
As for the morning star, again stories and word of mouth would be more than enough for Dracula to know of it. Trevor had never used the morning star, yet knew what it was on sight from writings and stories. He didn't even know it was in the chest.
I wish they went back to basics where the original ideas of castle vainya season 1 and 2.... Cause season 3 was a complete slog the added characters switch to story arcs around and I have no idea where all the weird sex came from....
Man, I thought the same as you for a little while but the characters grew on me. The sex I thought was somewhat unnecessary but it still had a purpose, Hector becoming a slave and Alucard losing himself to madness a bit.

I hate this fight scene because Dracula loses only because of the fact that he knew that there was his son in the game is actually the opposite Dracula wins and his son dies and only after that does he know that he killed his son

Not everything has to be cipy pasted from the game or a comic book, stop whining about a show or a movie making their own unique story line based off a game, this scene was an amazing character moment for Dracula

@@adambump5297 seriouslyan what do u thing they didint even show alucard pushing dracula to his limit if the story was never going to properly utilise a strong character then why use him in the first place . By defanition dracula is someone whose lost everything and just wants to die that's not a villain any any way
@@memphistophanies2439 you do know that Dracula that is weakened state right hasn't drunk blood and like a year or so I think he will be pushed to his limit if he's that weak it doesn't mean he didn't kick their ass in the beginning of the fight and this is like an alternate ending to the game and this Dracula has more humanity to understand that he's beating has child to death that's pretty understandable if you ask me from the game version Dracula
