I saw a video where cutlerylover opened a can and chopped down a small tree with an Endura with VG-10 but I think his was a saber grind so a bit stronger but still impressive

Delica wharncliffe. I use it every day at work. Lots of boxes cut and things opened. I’m a cook.

I chipped my regular non-FFG Delica by cutting off the head of a field mouse. I was surprised by that. Must have hit a bone.

I kept probably kept a thinner edge on it than most.
