  • Event-driven architectures are common in modern applications that use decoupled components to help applications scale and make them easy to maintain. To build decoupled, event-driven applications, developers make use of specialized services that support publishing or consuming events, such as Amazon Kinesis, Amazon SQS, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, and Amazon ECS. Connecting disparate services across AWS requires that developers learn the APIs and nuances of each service while also writing, maintaining, and scaling integration code to connect these services. In this session, learn how to leverage EventBridge Pipes to reduce the time, cost, and complexity of integrating multiple services together to achieve your event-driven architecture.

To be honest, I could not get the diff between eventBridge & eventBridage pipe in first 10 mins. I think it needs to be very clear in this presentation.

The price on the slide early on is something I appreciate as it gives me immediate context. More sessions should do that.
