Just found both of your channels today! 👋👋 from the USA. I had to lose weight for new knees also. Had bariatric surgery in 2001 and lost 120#. Got my new knees in 2008. I still have about 50# to lose. It’s a never ending battle. I wish you luck on your journey. ❤🇺🇸✊🏻
