He was a dribbling machine in Manchester, scoring machine in Madrid, and now he has still shown that he can do both in Juve. Three different leagues with different pace and gameplay. Even at the age of 35 he is dribbling past world class defenders. Messi can't even get past Matip when he has 3 teammates around him to help, but of course, in every CR video there has to be at least one nut hugger that has to bring up Messi like they're anything alike.

exactly most are just mad and envious of his success and are not smart enough to understand why so many people like him and defend him so instead of they aknowledge messi they prefer come to ronaldo videos etc to minimize him...
They not only forget everything he did but that he started from zero while messi came out of the academy only to get mentored by xavi, iniesta and ronaldinho. just the top 3 playmakers at that time, he has a lot of talent not saying otherwise but he had a lot of luck to have such a great startup as well, how many players had tons of potential and talent and lost their way for lack of guidance and work.. He got guidance from those top players before coming to the 1st team and when he did he had Xavi and Iniesta play for him which was a great boost... While Ronaldo had to climb his way the only guidance he got was from Alex Fergunson and he didn't play with him on the field... not to mention there was some man unt players against him like Nistelrooy.
We also have the mental factor Ronaldo since he was young had a lot of haters and was persecuted by his coaches coleagues and after he got famous the media and all the messi fans... since the start they tried to bring him down even if he was doing great.... not many players would do a tenth or more in such circumstances. Becoming top class under fire is something to admire alone.
He has a lot of support because not only he was top class but also because he was an inspiration... If an anime or series were made with him as protagonist... a lot of idiots who blindly criticize him would sympathize and cheer for him... without even realizing how hypocrite they are....
And before messi idiot fan base come whining around... I'm not saying Ronaldo is better than Messi... they are both top class that deserve respect and support you dont need to shame one to boost the other... if you like Messi more support him... don't persecute other just because you are a little boy trying to ruin your knees, Messi will never pull his pants down no matter how much it hurts...

It just way worse when one of the most famous people in the world do it, because that increases effectivness.

@@gandalf_thegrey You are priceless mate xD I had to read my comment twice in order to validate what the hell are you talking about because it seems that you missed the point completly. When you want to argue something the least you can try is to argue about things I did write and not things you interpreted or dreamt about.
First I just want to make clear that I don't consider myself a Ronaldo fan nor a Messi hater, I love football and I always try to see things as it is. Due to the amount of hate I witnessed during Ronaldo's entire career (even after everything he did) It just amazed me to the point of defending him, I never did because he was successful, but now that he is actually in a bad moment (because of certain circumstances) I decided to do my part, not as a football fan but as a person, because I sympathize a lot for what he went through during his childhood/adolescence (and before you start ranting again xD I know there are a lot of players who had to overcome personal and health issues like he did..) and even after that he was able to reach the top and become one of the best.. And all the hate I witenessed around him since the begining, peak and downfall is just surreal xD (and yes most are dumb comments only for trash talking him with no logic attached, that's why i said that most comments are made by people who are not smart enough to understand sht, and I keep that statement, not sure what hurt you so bad maybe it fit you so well, maybe that's why you look so indignant with that xD)
      ------------------------------
Now. you said that my comment is full of bullshit and after that all you did was misinterpret what i wrote if not that you just twisted it to your own agenda, compared Ronaldo's hate with Becham's controversy and then you went on the offensive, hope I didn't miss anything.
Every athelete is scrutinized never said otherwise smartass, because that's common sense sherlock and that wasn't the point on the comment, every athelete has haters like everyone in the world, some have more than others and the more you have the more persecution you will get that's basic common sense. Never said Ronaldo was the only one getting hate even Messi does.. You should argue what i wrote not what you dreamt about. If you were more open minded maybe we could've avoided the obvious xD
About your comparison between the hate I mentioned with Becham's controversy xD, I already agreed with you that everyone has haters you don't even have to be famous for that.. but the amount of hate someone gets can be different, in this world nothing is linear that's the first lesson you get for trying to do so in this case... you seriously compared what i said about Ronaldo which resumes to millions of people and years to a controversy xD first that controversy happened by Beckham's own fault, while the hate arround Ronaldo happened even when he performed well there were always someone randomly trying to minimize his hat-trick or his performance xD that's completly different... Ronaldo could score 3 goals 2 out of the box 1 penalty and people would still trash him xD even tho less than 1/5 of his goals are actually penalties. He scored more headers than most strikers with any part of their body. that's the true meaning of hate and persecution... what happened to ronaldo when he took and broke the fans phone that was also his fault, so people trashing him for it is not hate, it's a consequence of his actions...we get what we seed but people harassing when he just scored 3 goals vs spain xD is abnormal. Or just because he scored a penalty or tapped the ball in. So not only the amount of hate is different but the reason/the core of the same hate as nothing related xD wait 1 week/month and Becham's controversy will be forgotten.
And I'm not butthurt, like I said as a person I sympathize with him and despise how hypocrite some people are. they are trashing ronaldo for making easy goals while in the next second praising Lewangoalski for score a similiar one xD.
To be honest you seem more butthurt than me god knows why... but like I said read what was written not what is not.
My comment was mainly to sympathize with Ronaldo and deffend him from the misplaced hate he is getting and all the "cancelling" people are trying to do. He is not perfect far from it nor I'm saying he is a Model citizen (even tho he is better than most). But the hate around him is unbelievable.

I have never ever seen someone like Ronaldo, he is unique. This guy plays in the most difficult position to score goals, apart of defenders, because he is never directly in from of the goal. Also he does not need a good team to play he can do it himself, dribbling, his left foot is as good as his right foot, don't even have to mention his headers, and for me the most difficult thing of them all, knowing where the ball will be, he just knows it, he reads every play and there he is to finish, when he played in sporting everyone was astonished with him, the he went to the most difficult league and he made them look average, then he came to Madrid and he just won everything, scoring every time, breaking records, in a totally different league. We could finish here and he would be one of the best of all time but this man moved to Italy, a league with a slow pace, strong defenders and he is killing it, not even mentioning his performances with Portugal, who since Eusébio has always been not a big national team and he puts it in that league too, for me that's what makes him the best, it's like a normal person Changing his work place and be always the better.. GOD Ronaldo thank you for being just different and change football forever.

@Calm Down Indeed. Here are a few stats from CR7 few are aware of which show how much he improved as far as goal scoring is concerned:
CR7 scored in 12.9% of his games for Sporting: 5 goals in 4 games out of 31 played
CR7 scored in 31.1% of his games for MU: 118 goals in 91 games out of 292 played
CR7 scored in 62.6% of his games for RM: 450 goals in 274 games out of 438 played
CR7 scored in 51% of his games for Juventus: 32 goals in 26 games out of 51 played
CR7 scored in 38.4% of his games for Portugal: 93 goals in 61 games out of 159 played
CR7 scored in 47% of all his games: 698 goals in 456 games out of 971 played
Notice the trend @ club level, interrupted when he moved to Juventus: the percentage of games in which he scored VS games played raised significantly (more than doubled) whenever he moved to a new club, to the point that he scored in 6 out of every 10 games he played @ RM. Even @ Juventus, where his form "dipped", he still managed to score in over half the games he played.

@@justlikethat133 Not really: i just went to the site futdados.com (Brazilian site), searched for Cristiano and, around half way through the page (takes a bit to load the data), there's a list of all the games CR7 scored in as well as the number of goals in each occasion. All i did was count the number of games he scored in while playing for the respective teams: that's how i got those numbers. A similar list is also available for Messi, in that site.
The only reason Messi have a better career average than CR7 is because, prior to CR7 moving to RM, CR7 had scored in 29.4% of all his games up to that point while Messi had scored in 36.6% of all his games up to that point: that's 7.2% of difference and it's enough to tip the scales in Messi's favor, as far as career goals is concerned.

I was a kid when Ronaldo and Messi started their careers. And i loved them both through their careers, but CR7 will always have a special place in my heart. Messi has always had the edge on him if we are talking about pure and raw football talent and this is the reason why if i have to choose between them i'll always pick Cristiano. He had to put hard work to reach, and for long periods overcome, Messi talent. First at arrive, last to leave. Never left a pitch without putting max effort. And a true leader, never seen him give up before the end of a match. And i don't know why but the rush of adrenaline that this guy give me during games and the way he gives me hope even in difficult games is something else. Messi never did this for me. And i'm not saying because he is not beterr than CR7 or bla bla bla, simply i always found Cristiano more exciting to watch and follow. I guess it's subjective. For these reasons if my life is on the line in a footbal game, i'll always choose Cristiano.,...
