Messi worked hard, like really hard for years but still whenever he plays he looks natural. Well, not underestimating anyone's years of hardwork and experience, but when you see Messi , you just get fascinated and he leaves you in awe.. In my opinion, that 18/19 season was Messi’s best season. He single handedly almost won them the treble. They should have beaten Liverpool and went on to the finals to beat Spurs, but they choked. Anyway, this rivalry is coming to an end. 2022 WC is remaining, a trophy that neither of them won. It would be a dream final if we got to see Argentina vs Portugal. I was depressed as Real Madrid fan from 2009 to 2012 I mean we won copa del rey in 2011 so Barca didnt win another treble and we won la liga in 2012 with 100 points but Barca was beating us and humiliating us in that era I never thought that we would win that many UCLs in next years.

For me, football was never the same the moment Ronaldo went to Juventus. Never. This Era of football, the spirit of every single player in the Real Madrid and Barcelona side was just something else. I supported Real Madrid yet still knew every single player in the Barcelona side. I am a big fan of Ronaldo but I have to admit I also admire Messi and now realize that I also should have watched all his games. I'm not Real, United or Barcelona fan, I'm just a fan of all great players, athletes; I'm 65 years old. I've seen a lot of athletes in my life, in football, NBA, American football, tennis etc. But I've never seen smth like Cristiano Ronaldo, he is just insane. I'll explain. There are greats like Federer, Jordan, Serena Williams - no doubt, they're giants. But they didn't have life like Ronaldo - born into extreme poverty, to an alcoholic, veteran father. If you never met a child, of an alcoholic, you will never understand how this horrible experience impacts them mentally, it's awful and very complicated. Ronaldo is hated because primitives don't WANT to research more than just gossips, they don't want to understand him. They already labeled him. Press, haters. I did my homework, I've been watching him for years now. He is a true inspiration and somebody out of the Universe. His work ethic, talent, bulletproof mentality - he has all of the elements. They hate him, whistle him, invent lies about him, clickbaits, yet he keeps going. He didn't have help from his father/family like Messi did- fact. Messi always had a very close, loving Italian (their roots) family, Messi still has a father as a manager, who helps him 24/7. Truth is, Ronaldo is like all sports legends, that were outsiders - he is a success, but it seems he always walks alone, has his own ways, no matter how they're criticizing him, there is drama and demons abt him, just like it was with Maradona. People think they know him, but they don't. Misunderstood universally like many greats before him. My favorite modern athlete, because of it all. I'm not Real, United or Barcelona fan, I'm just a fan of all great players, athletes; I'm 65 years old. I've seen a lot of athletes in my life, in football, NBA, American football, tennis etc. But I've never seen smth like Cristiano Ronaldo, he is just insane. I'll explain. There are greats like Federer, Jordan, Serena Williams - no doubt, they're giants. But they didn't have life like Ronaldo - born into extreme poverty, to an alcoholic, veteran father. This film truly is incredible, a great depiction of the rivalry between these two amazing careers shown through a fantastic movie. Just makes us realize how much we need to appreciate these two athletes and how much they have brought to this world, no matter what side you’re on.

Great video but somewhat biased towards messi. Ronaldo had some if his best dribbles from 2008 - 2013. I would’ve have liked to see that as well, also some of his best goals where in that era. A lot of messi vs madrid, where was ronaldo’s heel flick over pique? In the copa del rey final 2011 ronaldo also had some great dribbles, he also won pichichi that year. Overall great job, it was still fun to watch. Masterpiece.
