    I just went for it. My advice is practice the steps like in the tutorial. If you are too scared to flip. Then practice rolls, jump rolls, handsprings. They will help with awareness and you should get over your fear. Good luck :)

    Hi GNT and congrats for this video.After 3 months practising in websters i finally got it.I think that the key of webster is to lay down FIRST and then to kick really hard with the other legs.keep going!

  • @GingerNinjaTrickster
    @GingerNinjaTrickster  11 ปีที่แล้ว

    Really appreciate you saying that and i'm glad you like them. Thank you :) Just try it on something soft that will minimize injury and take the impact out of a fall. It is very difficult to land on your neck attempting this move. Usually back at worse. Good luck :)

    never done any kind of flips before, which is the easiest to hardest between back flip, front flip and webster?
    great video, you make it look so easy.

    • @GingerNinjaTrickster
      @GingerNinjaTrickster  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'd say the webster or front flip due to the backflips fear factor. I'm glad you liked it and good luck :)

    The tip for fear is to try the moves safely and overcome your fear of the move. Try moves on to mats or with spotters. If you can't then try on something else that's soft so you wont hurt yourself. Good luck :)

    I wouldn't recommend it even with your experience as you could easily land awkwardly and damage yourself. Try and land on something softer and that will absorb the shock first and then build up to harder surfaces, Good luck :)

Quick question, when trying to practice this I end of doing more of a combat roll every time because I'm afraid if i go full out on the jump I might land on my neck or back and hurt myself. Any tips on how to safely practice?
