So i have one for my quest 3s but when i Put the battery on i see in the Quest it's charging with the Symbol but it didn't Charge the battery and i loose Energy What did i wrong
is this an issue that's still ongoing? does it happen when you are charging it with just a regular wire? like playing while charging with something that's not the headstrap? if not try to see if it charges that way, if it does not it might be an issue with your headset. If it does charge, then make sure that the battery pack on this head strap is facing the correct way and that it does have charge to it. if it is for both, then I recommend contacting Sonicgrace as this shouldnt be happening.
@project-zodiac6954 i contract the Service and the switched that Out. They didn't know about the Problem and will Check it so i send the defect product back.
please let me know how the replacement is! In the mean time while you wait for the new strap, do try what I suggested, having it charge via like a battery pack or even connected to the wall outlet and see if that does work properly if it does not then it could be the headset it self.
Will the S3 Pro be pretty much exactly the same as the S3 Air when the battery is off?

I try the old Strap on my Phone but there was the Same Problem
Hmmmm intresting when is the new one expected to arrive?
