Aw, it's so nice to see Sir Haydn running around again. Also at 15:30, I love how after everyone is whistling, Alf just causally joins in as to not be left out. But i suppose you said it best, Alf breaks the rules. So, (and forgive me for being the uneducated American) But was it a special occasion or did they just decide to get all the engines together for the hell of it? It's awesome either way. I've always had a soft spot for the Talyllyn. Wish I could visit it again. :P
Poor little Alf. xD It was a sort of 'planets aligning' event: Sir Haydn just came back from a lengthy overhaul, and Edward Thomas was back from repairs too (he's on his first test runs as he's backing into Pendre near the beginning). Most importantly, Talyllyn's boiler ticket has run out so she's going out of service for an overhaul. Whilst it was rare that ALL their engines were working, they held this as a sort of farewell.

And Talyllyn and Dolgoch were like "Stop complaining."Just like Skarloey and Rheneas whenever Duncan complains without any good reason.
Another question: Why did Skarloey, Rheneas, Sir Handel, and Peter Sam - er, Talyllyn, Dogloch, Sir Haydn, and Edward Thomas - form a cavalcade? Was it wartime?
Hehaha this was such a fun video in so many ways. Very lucky you's were to have seen such a spectacle in person :) Quite surreal to see so many members of the fanbase together, I know who everyone is but not everyone's faces so I was watching it constantly trying to match each voice to which face said it hahaha Sidenote: Before I had seen her name anywhere, Holly took me by surprise, as she is practically identical to a friend of mine from the UK (whom Thomasfan8 had seen me with :) ). Heha I even showed her a picture of you with Holly and she responded "No that isn't me but I can see why you thought she was me!"
It definitely was an event not to forget! :) Great meeting up with everyone again too. Oh really? That is weird xD Strange how that happens with people! If you're ever able to I'd love to see. xD

Won't know until the boiler is taken off and everything is sound tested. It could be that long! But hopefully not. :P
