    Youre channel is amazing! I watch and rewatch your videos everyday. I love how honest and realistic you are about your goat experiences. I have 1 dwarf goat and 3 pure nubians (1 stinky buck 2 does). I had issues with worms when i first got them and theu were lacking minerals pretty badly. We almost lost our dwarf wither (Georgie) but thanks to your videos we were able to nurse him back to health and he is better than ever. Thanks so much for taking the time and energy to post all your wonderful content! I look forward to purchasing your goat binder package soon !! Happy farming 😊

    AMEN Delci! Take captive every thought❤ I just spoke to my 9yr daughter about this very thing.
    I wanted to share that the other day as I milked my red Nubian, I hummed a song and thought “I feel just like Delci” lol it was an amazing feeling…calm, peaceful, serene…just wonderful ❤️ I appreciate you sharing your love of goats. It spurred the growth of milk goat love in my heart. I loved my weed eaters and now there’s an entire new love. Lol

      I will tell him! It took a bit for them to get the coats completed but it was worth the wait! He is delighted with the coat!
      We are having an abnormally non snowy fall. We had one snow and zero temps earlier but it went away and none since!
      They are having a grand time with all the animals and things to do ❤️

      It’s a great way to get them involved with other kids and teachers. We love it!

    Hello! I’ve been watching your videos for a while now, as I have always wanted to own goats but never had the time nor space to really look into it. However, now that I am moving space we have a large garden that I think could be suitable for two Pygmy goats, and I would be able to fence of an area of around 450-500 square feet of land. However, I’m not sure whether or not this would be okay. I’ve done lots and lots of research on it recently, but I realise that it may just be the bare minimum. So, the question I want to ask is: Is 500 square feet of land big enough for two Pygmy goats to thrive? I just want to make sure that if I where to get them, they would be happy as it would be unfair of me to keep them in a space that’s only just suitable for them to live an okay-ish life, if you know what I mean.

      They will need to have a source of hay provided to them throughout the year since that small area won’t allow them to graze. Long stem fiber (hay) is essential for a goat-pelleted feed don’t give them that. And always have minerals out.
      Give them toys to jump on and lots of love. Training them to a leash would be fun too! Take them on walks!

      @@DelcifromALifeofHeritage Thank you so much for replying! Of course there is still lots to think about, but it doesn’t make it any less exiting! I think taking goats out on a walk would be hilarious, will definitely look into that for the future.

    Thanks for the video. Are all your goats Mini Nubians now? Do you still have full Nigerian or Nubian? I guess what I’m asking is if you started with full mini Nubians or did you start from scratch? What generation do you have now? I seem to remember some Nigerian bucks at one point. Are your goat sales enough to justify the work of getting a registered herd? 😊

    • @DelcifromALifeofHeritage
      @DelcifromALifeofHeritage  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I have two registered 6th generation Mini-Nubian bucks. And varying degrees of generations with the kids. 4th generation is the most common right now. But when I breed this fall and next fall, theirs will be 5th gen next year.
      And all of my older does and the does I kept, are/will be registered.
      I have one Nubian doe I’m breeding now.
