I’ve used a lot of your tips while decorating my trees, but the most helpful one is color blocking. I’m a stickler for things being evenly placed, so this process helps me to evenly distribute my ornaments by color. Mel, your tree and decor is absolutely amazing....per usual! My favorite tip was definitely the tucking the more reflective or sparkly ornaments deep within the tree so the lights can reflect off them. I have never heard of starting with the inside of your tree and working your way out with the ornaments. I’m definitely going to put this into use tomorrow when I put my tree up! Thank thank you for all the tips not just that one!! It helps a lot!🎄🙌🏽😃
Here we go! My favorite tip is one that my sweet Mom taught me - put blubs deep in the tree, it gives depth and an added beauty. And if I can share one, it's a little tedious but it shows off the bulbs. Place white lights deep in the tree by the trunk. It lights it so beautifully. :)
Magnificent, you can just stare at your tree for hours. My favorite tip is decorating with the most glittery ornaments from the inside out. Tfs, see you tomorrow.
The tip about ornaments deep inside the tree is my favorite-- definitely helps to add dimension and depth without overloading the tips

Love the tips but my favorite and most helpful tip is the ribbon. Making sure that the ribbon is secured and pushed close into the tree so that it’s looking like it’s naturally flowing out of the tree is a great tip for me, thank you!

I love the color choices of your tree. The best tips were tucking older ornaments deep inside the tree and attaching the ribbon onto the tree branches. The Balsam Hills tree is beautiful. Also, I saw the Elf in the Tree standing amongst the lovely wrapped presents.

Hi! My favorite tip is on how to tuck the ribbon deep within the tree. This will be the first year that I will have ribbon flowing throughout my tree. So, learning to arrange it for beautiful cascading look is why this is my favorite tip. I’m looking forward to all of the videos for this season! 🤗

My tree 🌲 has been up three days now I love love love it . I put it up early for my Dad who has terminal cancer . I wish I could show how beautiful it is . I have a emerald green butterfly ‘ with beautiful ribbons . Merry Christmas 🎄 from London everyone! merry Christmas Pah 💓

Love this! Your style, graceful way of doing things, class, sophistication, elegance, and humility is to be admired. My favorite tip was making sure that you look for a higher tip count, and a fuller tree doesn't necessarily mean you'll spend a great deal more.

That tree is gorgeous! I love how full it is and the mirrored ribbon and tree skirt look so luxurious. The ornaments are just so elegant looking. You chose beautiful colors. I notice you stuck some sparkly sprigs in between the trees branches. I think I need to do that. My tree always ends up looking like it needs something and I think that’s it. 🎄

What a gorgeous tree this year !!🎄🎄🎄 I must say the ribbon is crazy ! Great tip for securing it. With such a large tree putting that topper on first is my second favorite tip. My favorite tip is about the tree tips and light counting. When I purchase a tree that’s the main thing I’m looking at. I love you tree is absolutely stunning.

Your tree is so beautiful!! Love all the pearls...I actually have about 6 different pearl garlands on my tree and it looks gorgeous! I have the more expensive kinds, but some are just from the drugstore and they reflect the light and look beautiful as a background for the more stand out pearls. I love mixing the shapes and the bling altogether. I also have some strands of clear crystal looking garlands mixed in as well and they're gorgeous as well. I can't begin to tell you how many are on my tree, but I do the "color blocking" you mentioned for my garland as well so they are evenly distributed. Gorgeous!

I found the clarification of selecting the tree heights very helpful because while I want a ceiling height tree i don't want it to be mashed against the ceiling once I decide on the perfect topper. Additionally, the specific installation of the ribbon gave me clearer ideas for selecting the ribbon I'm going use this year! Much love Lady Tristane 😌🤗🙋🏽♀️

With ribbon, I've felt that cutting the ribbon into smaller sections about 4-6 feet long, helps it be more manageable. Instead of juggling the roll and pulling ribbon out, tying it, while on a ladder etc. You always do such beautiful designs.

I love your holiday theme this year. My favorite tip was definitely for the ornaments. Putting the ornaments on the tree is always frustrating because I want to make sure it’s even and it’s not too loud or busy in one area.

So many helpful tips like how big of a tree to have with your ceiling height along with when picking out a tree to have the light placements on the top and in the back. OK, first of all Theo has gotten so big! He is so handsome. Secondly, that tree looks amazing just like I knew it would. Thirdly, my favorite tip was about the tree skirt size. I honestly have never heard anyone address that before. I had no idea how that was calculated. Thank you for all of this extremely useful information.
