Great tips - I found that the ones making the greatest impact are audio, lighting, the angle of the camera to one's face and looking into the lens when speaking. Brilliant explanation.
Thanks for noticing. The armor in my office was a fluke. I collect props from movies when I can. I got it from VIP Fan Auctions on Ebay some years ago. These were used by the extras for Hercules, and I lost several auctions before I finally got one. There are various sites around the web that carry leather armor that might work for you.
I solved it by placing a darker curtain, I also changed the angle of the camera and bought a lamp to illuminate my face. It is not the best result but it certainly improved a lot.
Best video, simple and straight to the point🤗

In a professional/interview environment does it matter if the light is cold or warm? Would you ever mix them?
What do I do about eyeglasses glare?
You can try putting your front light up higher but it may still be a challenge without a non-glare coating on your lenses.
I think I saw the Armor of God in the background. If so can you tell me how to get that? My Church would love it.

Who wants to change, will find ways, who does not want to change, will find reasons.
As long as you increase the light in front of you the camera will be able to compensate for the window behind you.
