I hate the 4bet fold with AK. Think its terrible to turn that strong of a hand into a bluff basicly. I like a flat rather than 4bet folding. Keep up the good content tho!

Of all of Matt's options (including just open folding to the 3 bet #DontDoThat and maybe even calling the all in since his opp has AK here a lot too) *would* have likely been (results orientated) better... Still, most of his other options (including just calling, instead of 4bet folding) *are* actually better; Even outside of this particular example, where his opp shoves... Under-repping AK (even out of position) can be more profitable (and safer) in MTTs than 4betting with the intention to fold to a 5 bet. #ImJustSayin
Ανδρέας Στέλλας obviously. He’s barreling a bluff on the river in hopes that he either gets called weak, or a hand that has him beat folds so he can steal the pot. With a paired board his opponent could only have a flush, and he probably put him on that hand or nothing based on how he played it
Dude if you werent a luck box you would have zero chance. 3 betting over 1/3rd your stack then folding then you fold 99 to a 4bet so your only calling 4 bets with 4 hands tops lol thats why he was taking advantage of you. Then you get in a pot with 97 off suit lol a weak hand pre flop two pair and don't get max value from him lol. Then you are so incompetent you really think your good and you say "I'm just punishing these guys" lol dude you were getting monsters and holding that simple. This is why people don't last over a decade or so because they like you are a legit luck box for a long period of time and so you end of thinking its because your so good when really your not you just have been running like a god in big tournaments. You have no idea my man. Its simply amazing you play like this then get so lucky tourney after tourney you final table and win tournaments. It's crazy

I'm not downing the guy, this is the only vid I've seen. But if the flush comes thru and you don't have it but you have the 3rd possibly 4th nut redraw it's NOT a good shove, either way it was going in on the river but still.

It was horrible, but you can't expect him to make the perfect play in every hand. He isn't at that level yet.

AK hand was an ez calloff. 99 was an ez fold. QT dd pre was a good jam, QT jam w qd was unnecc. 97 hand played 100% correctly.
