    thank you the good video, as usual. there is a sentence that got me confused about the concept " to reduce". please, can you take a look to these three sentences and explain to me why every dictionary translate them using different verbs? thank you if you decide to answer.

    at 6:30: "konya aemasenska".
    is in the "-masen" form, is that correct? wouldnt it translate to can we *not* meet tonight?

    • @JpLaunch
      @JpLaunch  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is the masen form however when asked with ka at the end it gets a sort of positive meaning. Here is a good blog post about masen ka: jlptsensei.com/learn-japanese-grammar/%E3%81%BE%E3%81%9B%E3%82%93%E3%81%8B-masen-ka-meaning/

      jlpt 4 is barely proficient. Maybe youll get by as a tourist, but to live in japan with just that level, I dont think so.

    • @JpLaunch
      @JpLaunch  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you live in Tokyo you will be fine with that level but for work most companies seem to prefer N2 level.
