The late Queen Elizabeth was 100% correct that the ill-fitting, boring dress Whinge wore was far too white for a third marriage. The veil was just absurd given its was Whinge's 3rd time down the aisle. If I were Victoria I'd be relieved! Imagine being tied to Whinge and Cringe's wedding forever because Whinge never wears clothing well so Victoria had a lucky escape - her clothing still has the stylish, elegant reputation it deserves. I never watched the spare's wedding - not important enough to be honest.

@@estherlutz3358 If men traditionally wore white suits on their wedding day to symbolise their purity and virtue then yes it would be preferable for them to choose cream or ivory etc for any subsequent weddings. White symbolises purity in many cultures which is why it became a traditional choice.

Looking back I think choosing a French designer when there are several world famous British designers to choose from was a classic MM snub to Britain. Catherine wears mostly British designed clothes. It's not as though MM's dress was anything spectacular.
