I do not believe Meghan Markle had a miscarriage. I also don’t believe her labour and birth story either. I have had three children and one miscarriage, what she describes is unrealistic and the story of leaving the hospital with the babies body is ludicrous.
People do sometimes leave the hospital with the baby's body. I did, because the baby's death, at 19 weeks, did not trigger the laws necessitating a death certificate and use of a mortuary. That said, I doubt Meghan could have conceived 3 pregnancies so quickly at such an advanced age, especially if she had had a hysterectomy. 😉 😜

Britain worked very hard to right the wrongs of their past, they paid with money, and lives to end the slave trade in the former British colonies. Something stands out to me. Tyler asked Meg what had happened and she told him the RF had cut them off from security and money, she said they were going to gaslight her. In short, she told him that the RF was going to treat them like an abusive spouse, rather like his father treated his mother. My question becomes, did she know about his father? Did she research him like she researched Harry? Did she use something that she knew would make him come running to the rescue? A million and one decent sized towns an hour away from airports, where you could’ve settled in a much more affordable (and nice!) house. But no. You ended up in a famous billionaire’s house in LOS ANGELES, then moved down the road from Oprah, etc. If you TRULY wanted a quiet life with no chance of the paparazzi showing up at your door, you had many, many choices. You could’ve gone to Africa if that’s what you wanted! I knew the whole suicide story was a lie when they didn’t call her obstetrician. A woman who is in a high-risk pregnancy and is suicidally depressed. The first person you’d call would be the obstetrician. The obstetrician is going to be involved in any treatment for depression and also is going to probably be the best source for a mental health professional with experience in treating pregnant women for suicidal depression. It was just a made up story that they were both in on, the idea that he would not have called the obstetrician to get help is so absurd it’s obvious they’re both lying.

The story about Harry and his wife burying the remains of their miscarriage was truly unbelievable, especially for anyone familiar with the laws of California. Poor Zara Tindall miscarried a baby during her second trimester, and we barely heard a peep about it. Still, I was overjoyed when I heard the news that she had given birth to her son, Lucas, and was surprised to hear the details of how swift her labor had been that she had actually given birth on the bathroom floor. Her husband, Mike, had just enough time to arrange some bath towels on the floor before his son was born with the help of a midwife who just happened to be there checking on Zara when she suddenly went into labor. That story is much more interesting and heartwarming than anything Harry and his wife shared in their six-part Netflix documentary.
Cant speak for everyone who has had a miscarriage, but the pain is rarely that sudden and you dont fall. You have an instinct that comes over you to protect the baby and find a way to lower yourself.. shes watched too many movies

My first was a miscarriage. I actually almost died during it. You are absolutely right, there's no way she's walking around giving a house tour let alone while holding her other child. Even if she has a very high pain tolerance(which some women do), the grief is CRIPPLING. It seems odd to me she wouldn't have harry by her side to address her needs while she was simply in bed. I know they have another kid, but if it ever happened to me again, I'd be in bed like before and my husband would be taking care of me(like before) as well as doing the parenting.

As someone who has had three miscarriages I had problems with the description of the miscarriage. One is the three different variations of what happened. My last miscarriage was 25 years ago, you're still going to hear the same story of what happened. Also they do not let you take the baby home. It doesn't happen. As to holding another child, my son was 3 at the time of my second miscarriage. I was not picking him up. I wasn't picking him up for days afterward because I hemorrhaged badly. Just more instances of their tales not adding up.

I've had 2 miscarriages, both early stages. The pain I felt was comparable to a bad period. I knew it was a miscarriage because I could tell I was having contractions and not simply menstrual cramps. MM's description of her miscarriage makes me think she didn't have a miscarriage. Not to mention the birth story and her going home 2 hours after having an epidural. They didn't even attempt to get me up on my feet until about 6 hours after my daughter was born. Absolutely dead from the waist down. There is no way the hospital would let someone leave 2 hours after an epidural. They also wouldn't hand you your miscarried child in a baggie to take home.

My miscarried baby went down the toilet. I was having terrible cramps but thought it bowel spasms. I didn't know I was pregnant but 29:59 3 months or more. I saw nothing resembling a baby.

The miscarriage story is extremely hinky. She would have been in her first trimester/early second (if that) - miscarriages at this point are NOT painful and are more like a heavy period. Trust me - I have had 2 , am a physician, and the daughter of an OB. There would be no way there would be "remains" of a miscarriage at this point and even if there were (would have to be late second/third for this), she would have needed a D&C, which she never mentions. Lastly, there are 3 different versions of this miscarriage, none which jive together. I call BS.
I must concur with your assessment of the often-changing stories of a supposed miscarriage. Even if she were telling the truth, her propensity for endless lies and false accusations would bring into question anything she reported. A million and one decent sized towns an hour away from airports, where you could’ve settled in a much more affordable (and nice!) house.
But no. You ended up in a famous billionaire’s house in LOS ANGELES, then moved down the road from Oprah, etc. If you TRULY wanted a quiet life with no chance of the paparazzi showing up at your door, you had many, many choices. You could’ve gone to Africa if that’s what you wanted!

I knew the whole suicide story was a lie when they didn’t call her obstetrician. A woman who is in a high-risk pregnancy and is suicidally depressed. The first person you’d call would be the obstetrician. The obstetrician is going to be involved in any treatment for depression and also is going to probably be the best source for a mental health professional with experience in treating pregnant women for suicidal depression. It was just a made up story that they were both in on, the idea that he would not have called the obstetrician to get help is so absurd it’s obvious they’re both lying.

Still, I was overjoyed when I heard the news that she had given birth to her son, Lucas, and was surprised to hear the details of how swift her labor had been that she had actually given birth on the bathroom floor. Her husband, Mike, had just enough time to arrange some bath towels on the floor before his son was born with the help of a midwife who just happened to be there checking on Zara when she suddenly went into labor. That story is much more interesting and heartwarming than anything Harry and his wife shared in their six-part Netflix documentary.

My first was a miscarriage. I actually almost died during it. You are absolutely right, there's no way she's walking around giving a house tour let alone while holding her other child. Even if she has a very high pain tolerance(which some women do), the grief is CRIPPLING. It seems odd to me she wouldn't have harry by her side to address her needs while she was simply in bed. I know they have another kid, but if it ever happened to me again, I'd be in bed like before and my husband would be taking care of me(like before) as well as doing the parenting.

As someone who has had three miscarriages I had problems with the description of the miscarriage. One is the three different variations of what happened. My last miscarriage was 25 years ago, you're still going to hear the same story of what happened. Also they do not let you take the baby home. It doesn't happen. As to holding another child, my son was 3 at the time of my second miscarriage. I was not picking him up. I wasn't picking him up for days afterward because I hemorrhaged badly. Just more instances of their tales not adding up.

I think what they assumed was that they didn’t have to take money from tax payers so they can’t be criticised by the public but didn’t expect that Charles/the Queen would stop sending them money from their own personal bank accounts eg the duchy of Cornwall estates revenue that Charles controls. He expected that to continue to fund their lifestyle and no doubt Meggle expected that extra 2million to come in every year to help fund their lifestyle. After all that’s a lot more than she was making as a working actress so she knew that’s decent income for doing Jack!

He would also have the money that Princess Anne holds in trust for him which she decided when he gets.

I've had 2 miscarriages, both early stages. The pain I felt was comparable to a bad period. I knew it was a miscarriage because I could tell I was having contractions and not simply menstrual cramps. MM's description of her miscarriage makes me think she didn't have a miscarriage. Not to mention the birth story and her going home 2 hours after having an epidural. They didn't even attempt to get me up on my feet until about 6 hours after my daughter was born. Absolutely dead from the waist down. There is no way the hospital would let someone leave 2 hours after an epidural. They also wouldn't hand you your miscarried child in a baggie to take home.

American OB nurse here....no flipping WAY she would be given the body. There are MASSIVE issues with doing that as it would be considered "medical waste" (Sorry that's just the institutional term) Any nurse/doctor who would have done that risks their license.
My miscarried baby went down the toilet. I was having terrible cramps but thought it bowel spasms. I didn't know I was pregnant but 29:59 3 months or more. I saw nothing resembling a baby.

I think Oprah was giving Meghan the benefit of the doubt. I think maybe she was blindsided like the rest of us. She probably wasn’t expecting such a controversial IMPLICATION to be made with such a weak foundation. In the moment, Oprah wasn’t going to confront her on that. Oprah has standards, right?

The miscarriage story is extremely hinky. She would have been in her first trimester/early second (if that) - miscarriages at this point are NOT painful and are more like a heavy period. Trust me - I have had 2 , am a physician, and the daughter of an OB. There would be no way there would be "remains" of a miscarriage at this point and even if there were (would have to be late second/third for this), she would have needed a D&C, which she never mentions. Lastly, there are 3 different versions of this miscarriage, none which jive together. I call BS.

I must concur with your assessment of the often-changing stories of a supposed miscarriage. Even if she were telling the truth, her propensity for endless lies and false accusations would bring into question anything she reported. That early on in the pregnancy, I have never heard of a miscarriage with the claims she made.
