Lawyers should know the basic rule that, they can not overrule the laws made by parliament. Why were they not participating in discussions when public opinion was saught before bringing in the new laws?
This is not implemented in hurry, the changes coming and review happening was pitches in public meetings and parliament new few times. New laws need to come and amend as the implementation hurdles come
The new laws have been put into operation without following due process of a wider range of debate in parliament, without evoluation by a body of legal luminaries of known loyalty to the constitution and nation, and without evolving a national consensus. The old laws introduced during colonial era have been amended extensively in 1973 and are compatible with Indian conditions. Therefore, there is no need and place for any new laws for the country as such. If at all Goverment felt necessity of a change in the laws, such changes could as well have been done by way of an ammendment. These laws appear to be more arbitrary and state centric than democratic and citizens centric. The new laws are therefore a malicious political exercise and disservice to the nation.

After holding proper discussions.
20 - 30 साल केस को खींचना असंभव होगा और हर adjournment का collection कम हो जायेगा.....
