    It need deep review by all law experts, reputed intectuals, and present lokasabha members. by these laws citizens of India should not have colonism effect.

      SC powerful than the parliament.
      Electoral bond was issued after getting the approval of Parliament, however SC has banned the electoral bond and by which you can understand who has more power than the Parliament.

We can accept these laws but the problem is proper definition of particular terms like terrorism. It's very vague, it needs to be very particular. Varna sab ke upar tada lag jayega

    Lawyers should know the basic rule that, they can not overrule the laws made by parliament. Why were they not participating in discussions when public opinion was saught before bringing in the new laws?

      This is not implemented in hurry, the changes coming and review happening was pitches in public meetings and parliament new few times. New laws need to come and amend as the implementation hurdles come

    The new laws have been put into operation without following due process of a wider range of debate in parliament, without evoluation by a body of legal luminaries of known loyalty to the constitution and nation, and without evolving a national consensus.
    The old laws introduced during colonial era have been amended extensively in 1973 and are compatible with Indian conditions.
    Therefore, there is no need and place for any new laws for the country as such.
    If at all Goverment felt necessity of a change in the laws, such changes could as well have been done by way of an ammendment. These laws appear to be more arbitrary and state centric than democratic and citizens centric. The new laws are therefore a malicious political exercise and disservice to the nation.

      jis din jail jaoge u will thank ipc where u were supposed to be be in jail for 15 days and now with the new rules, it’s 90 days.. so i guess for 90 days they won’t ask u write any eassy

    No these laws should not be implemented . There is no reason that they must be implemented right now . They should be discussed Parliament . Opposition should be involved too to take decision.

    जब कानून को बदलेगा उस समिति में जज और वकीलों को भी मिलना है। मोदी और शाह मिलकर बदलने से देश का कानून बदलेगा? इस के विरुद्ध पार्लामेंट के अंदर और बाहर प्रोटेस्ट करना चाहिए।
    150 एमपीयों को सस्पेंड करके उनके अनुपस्थिति में किया हुआ कानून मान नही सकता है।
