    Hi guys!! I know I still suck at the measurements. I promise to standardise the recipe with time though.
    Worth noting;
    Total flour used- 1 and 3/4 kg
    Sugar- 400 g ( you can adjust to taste)
    Eggs ,butter as shown in video.
    Flavour- 1/2 a teaspoon of Nutmeg.
    1 cup of milk =165 ml
    ( total milk used 330 ml)
    Left out whilst editing:1 sachet of backing powder and 1 teaspoon of salt ( came in right before the lemon zest)
