They look great. My wife puts a bit of mash, and some fruit chutney in hers.....and some finely chopped bacon. The humble snag roll is a great way to bundle all manner of stuff into one convenient package. Just like con carne and scalloped potato pasties......Give that a crack, if you have time. They're awesome. I stumbled upon them, one night, using up some leftovers. Now, I plan for leftovers, of both parts, so we can have them later in the week.
