- Andrew Huberman, PhD, is a neuroscientist and tenured professor at Stanford University’s School of Medicine. Andrew is also the host of the Huberman Lab podcast, which aims to help viewers and listeners improve their health with science and science-based tools. New episodes air every Monday on TH-cam and all podcast platforms. www.hubermanlab.com
Mr Huberman is a 'natural' teacher. He loves to inform us. We love him as well for his efforts to inform and basic kindness.
Dr. Huberman said it's not good to be on Ashwagandha long-term, however the green drink he promotes "Athletic Greens" or AG1 as it's called, contains this herb and the drink is to be consumed daily. The efficacy and safety of long-term Ashwagandha use over months or years is not known.
It is far below the clinically relevant dose.

I was like “wait what, I too can do the cold plunge at 51 degrees! Sign me up, just like Huberman yay ❤😅 And then Joe thwarts me in my head 😂
So grateful for spirited , honest, scientific discussion!
Smoke a blunt Joe, jesus christ you're talking to Huberman! Why so grumpy? 😂
He is being a dick in the first half of the episode for no reason.
He's nothing but jealous
He might need to double cold plunge and maybe eat a chocolate croissant.
I’ll have to go back and watch the beginning again. I didn’t notice that at all. But he was really silly and fun in his interview with Bill Maher.
yea i noticed the same thing, like he's being a dick for no reason...
I know I shouldn’t be surprised but a full hour on sauna and cold plunge? FML
I know.sick of hearing about cold plunges and saunas. We get it. Wish I could afford both of them at my house. But my God, tell me something I don’t know.
Good thing you don't have to have one at your house lmao @@HH-gv8mx
Might be shadow banning his podcasts or there’s a bug.
What’s going on with this upload? Why is this so hard to find?
Because they're talking about the lab leak. Gov doesn't want that.
Joe broke youtube lol what is happening
Wtf how does this have less than a million views.
I don’t get it
What gives?
it's only 7 days
Why do you care?
They discussed the lab leak at the beginning. Gov doesn't want that.
wow I look forward to this.
I reversed my autoimmune disease with food and lifestyle. Have me on Joe!
Tell me more brother!
Any extract oils ? Did you stop coffee?
@@elvistohme I gave up every potential vice. Coffee, alcohol, smoking, stressful job. Ate nothing but whole foods, quality fresh meats , veggies, fruit, nuts, pasture raised eggs, sea salt, fresh herbs and spices. Got lots of sun after I cleaned my diet up. Never cheated once. Body was able to heal. Did breathing exercises, saunas twice a week. Included ice baths after a few months. Lots of walking and then jogging eventually.

It must’ve been expensive! I was able to do this and get off Remicade infusions when I could afford the lifestyle . But eventually I went bankrupt, making sure that I got enough sunlight and not working two jobs to pay my rent which doubled and the obscene amount of $$$ that produce costs. As soon as I had to move into a tiny apartment that cost $2100 a month with black mold and had to limit my Whole Foods trips and eat organic produce from Walmart, my Crohn’s disease and psoriatic arthritis came right back.
Both amazing! Dr. Huberman is fantastic, Joe is our hero!

It's going to be fun to hear the story behind this incident.
The Spotify contract expired so Joe uploads every podcast that were recorded during the time of the contract.
Oh that makes sense
I can't dispute Huberman's assertion that warm exposure enhances tolerance to warmer climates and cold exposure does the same for cold climates. However, in my experience it's exactly the reverse, exposure to cold temperatures actually improves my ability to handle warm weather better. I believe this is a memory thing on cellular level, If my body remembers the cold it actually enjoys the warmth more.
Buttered rolls rock!
Joe, quit interrupting him. Thanks
Right??
Interestingly Huberman is known for interrupting in his podcast
@@bboysaif8 and he did, and does most of the talking. he had some scary info maybe Joe did not wanna hear! lol more info then convo, Joe likes convo too
It really wasn't that bad. Just in the beginning. And the interruptions from Huberman in his own podcast are not that bad either, you people high?
Only 27k views in 8 days? WTF?
Lot of them watched this on Spotify
@@ChandrakanthKulkarni-td8og bro… it’s Joe fucking Rogan
Why does this episode have such low views?
Probably because the guest generates a less dramatic and more informative impression on viewers. I also encounter it in my family, when I send them clips of Huberman they're not really interested.
Dave Asprey talks about placing your face in bowl of ice water.
... finding this while studying for an upcoming test is setting me up for failure in my understanding of gene expression, but I am sure, as always, it will set me up for success in so many other ways that it is well worth the sacrifice lol
It’s great seeing Huberman on a podcast without 5217$8537 sponsor interruptions.
Whats happening? Way so many uploads of full eps in the last hour? Back on youtube?
Is this happening on your TH-cam too? I thought it was only me… I saw a new episode upload “1min ago” and didn’t click right away but then I wanted to look for it on the main JRE channel and it wasn’t in the recently uploaded, and then now, every time I refresh TH-cam a new episode appears like almost just uploaded
I think it’s because some of these episodes were not on TH-cam originally and they were only on Spotify so he’s re-uploading them on here for people to watch
I have same issue…you can’t search a recent uploaded video or see them listed on joes channel ….i only see videos on my news feed …. Probably due to algorithms
Huh? Where does that come from.
Joe Doubting the Sauna Temps😂😂😂
very LOW view count, this is WEIRD!!!
They discuss the lab leak at the beginning, which is a no no.
Why?
Is this recent?
No it’s from march 2023
Is this being blocked?
It has such low views Loll
Guess we’re the lucky ones
Depends where we are as to what we see and when.
@@user-zr6ts3fs2hnot enough have seen, was blocked by some countries because of new laws that recently came out.

Does anyone know of companies in the US that uses trash burning to create energy. (Biomass)
get some hawk tuah joe
JRE getting hacked
is this a repost?
They're posting up the backlog of podcasts that were originally aired on spotify.
HE IS ALIVE 🎉
Almond croissants are the best then chocolate ones :)
Whoa
This is a re run episode.
Joe the savage today 😂😁
So the bottom line, do you burn more fat if you do cardio in a fasted state? Are you burning fat or are you just burning sugar?
Your body is concerning fat to glucose.
Where’s the AI time stamp at
22k views in a week? WTF
I take NAD supplements
I haven’t listened to this podcast in a while why is Joe so angry now
If I had to have two daddy's i would choose these guys.
0:15 junk food
Joe what that it says that it was 5 days ago
Please invite Arnold Schwarzenegger
Pretty sure JRE has been uploading a bunch of old pods to YT, that’s why the view count is so low.
Starting to hit truth, gets hidden. At least for a while. Countries have different laws. Don’t want us knowing what’s truly happening , easier to keep us all in the dark.
What the
Very strange such low views
What happen with this in getting crazy or i wacthed this before
i found the release date on spotify this episode is from 2023 march 21 .
This entire ting was Bullwinkled then the other Joe Rogan MK Ultras wont bee able to host the podcast anymre
JOE IZZZ A MORRRON !!!
Plaaayyyyyaaaaaaa
Croissant, never spell the t, it s like croissaaan, with silent n, never mind, but it is worth learning the correct way.
Joe mentioned and complimented Dr.Shawn Baker. IMO Shawn Baker looks unhealthy. His skin looks like he’s lacking nutrients.
I thought resveratrol was a failure propped up by hype and dishonest studies. Huberman seems to still hold Sinclair in high regard. What am I missing?
first
Why so agro Joe?
forst
Joe and Andrew fell off apparently 😂
Low viewership for this episode because the algorithm got mad at Joe. TH-cam is trying to kill him for the divorce.
Nah it’s because Huberman doesn’t feed conspiracies
Ugh the girlfriend thing is such a blocker.
Joe Rogan promotes conspiracy theories. This really finishes the credibility of Huberman. Shows that the desire for money taints the content.
Karma algorithm for Huberman avoiding talking about his multiple girlfriends 😂😂😂
I've enjoyed watching every video Huberman made or was in, and this video stands out with cringeworthy suckupness. "Who me? I didn't say 'that's true if you're talking about vitamins & minerals' being expensive urine." Ooh, what a great time to plug AG1. Crafty. And then all the praise to Joe. Now I have to turn in my fan membership. We can add Spindoctor to his bio.
He's just being too nice to joe
