That's good Akka. You are learning How will you get disappointed and still be blissful. "When things go wrong in life, that is when it shows who you are. When things go well, everyone can pretend to be fantastic." - Sadhguru.
We are all connected to Sun and moon energy and you can feel that. As a female who has more feminine energy, I am more in alignment with the moon energy and with different phases of the moon, my energy tends to change as well. So it's that balance between both the elements present in us. 💜
Beautiful!! The way you were talking, your personality came through for everyone to see. Very honest and very transparent. And most importantly, removed the misunderstandings and insecurity for many of us in learning yoga. I consider myself as a fat person and I am was worried that if I go to yoga, all the people will be slim and they will be laughing at me not only because I am fat, but also because I am really not flexible. From your video, I am getting the courage to try and learn the asanas. To be honest, I don't know where I will fit the practice, because I am doing many other practices which take almost one hour everyday. At the same time, this is what I wanted. To grow each and everyday in spiritual practices. And the remaining things will be automatically be taken care of. Thanks for another wonderful video and god bless!!
I have learnt yogasana from a nearby ashram. They taught us jal neeti, yogasana, pranayam. They also give medical advise for free. Ashram's name is Shri Janardhan Swami Yogbhyasi Mandal.
I learned Yogasanas two years ago and have been practicing it regularly ever since. I love the way it makes me feel, so clean and sharp afterward. Sometimes if I wake up in the middle of the night, I do it, then sleep soooo good. I was wondering when you were going to learn it :-) I did not know about the website, that's awesome! Thanks so much.
Thank you Shato Akka. I have learned Yogasanas in 2019 and making TH-cam videos sometimes (struggling somewhat) trying to rub off my experience on others. Watching your video and how you bring across the message smoothly and joyfully has me in tears. Many people will benefit. Thank you 🙏

Cant wait to start Angamardana again and even though I was doing Angamardanan, I got a new level of flexibility from Surya Kriya, jus with 7 days!

The only Hata I am doing is the surya shakti we learned in the Shoonya class. I want to take the Yogasanaclass, but they haven't had many at III this year here in the US. The one class that I might have been able to go to booked up almost 3 months before the class is scheduled. I wasn't sure if I would be able to make it so far out since my Mother-in-law had cancer. Yogasanas is the Hata class I really want to learn, and I also want to take Samyama when it becomes available again, though I need to get the BSP program first, once it is available again. BSP and Samayama has not been available in the US since the pandemic began. It is understandable considering what might happen in the program to some people, that it is not really safe until the pandemic is over, but that in and of itself does not stop the longing to want to get the programs. No choice but to work on patience for now. ;)
Balancing of sun and moon which is situated in human body . Pingala Nadi / suryanadi ( ha ) and ida Nadi /chandranadi ( tha ) . Ha + tha = Hatha yoga = union of this two aspects . When they balance pran vayu start flowing through sushumna Nadi which also called bramhnadi which gives true knowledge and union ( yoga ) of jivatmma ( soul ) and paramatma ( god) . Through this sadhaka get true knowledge about his own true nature and also knowledge about prakriti . Without knowledge (Gyan ) there is no yoga . Without yoga there is no knowledge ( Gyan ) . Gyan and yoga simultaneously exists .
Namaskaram akka, Its nice to hear you learned yogasanas, but akka what i experienced is angmardana help you the most to develop flexibility, stretchability. As Shakti chalana, shaambhavi, shoonya prepare you mentally even after doing surya kriya (it will really energizes you from inside) what i noticed that all these things are interelated as my sadhna goes intense. What i realize is akka at least six months practice must be needed before samyama. After that we can really sit for samyama without any torture😄otherwise it hurts while sitting. What i want to say is you can easily attain dharna & state of samadhi. Lets hope see you in samyama, can't talk in samyama. So 🤔only C u 😁
Balancing sun and moon means Balancing masculine and feminine energy within u. Sun represents masculine and moon present feminine energy.
