Taking the back bumper off the car, welding, etc. is not an option in my case, thus if any advice on repairing a hole with the bumper attached, it would be most appreciated. Thank you!
Finish would require either just paint, or bondo + sanding and painting. I think this was more of a quick+dirty structural fix, not a beautiful finished fix.
