yes shame the 1 hour episodes are only 41 minutes when they were recorded at 33rpm but play back at 45 . and that stupid cinema background shrinking the picture as well
I stumbled across it a couple weeks ago. .I live on the U.S. so had never even heard of it. Love it. Especially with it being mining and union related and all. My family was in the coal mining industry, my wife's as well. She lost her great grandfather and his son, her grandfather before she was born in the coal mines of Harlan County Kentucky, Bloody Harlan.
It`s such a pity that people don`t stumble upon this great series. I`m convinced many would enjoy watching this.

The actor who played Tom Seaton .John Nightingale . Died when he was Only 37 .now that is a shame
