I'm surprised that you use HH against a tigrex . Since it's rare to see anyone use HH against Monster especially a kind like tigrex.Anyway great Job !Salute.

I usually do your guides but i use different weapon like using hammer and greatsword to hunt tigrex
For people who tired chassing,dodging, and attacking tigrex.
Use gunlance, just block, poke, and use the R1+triangle,circle at the right time.
If you doing it right. afterv15 minutes you can capture tigrex.
Fyi i do this strategy at deviljho and capture him at first attempt..

tigrex is simple but for advance players better have a crit draw skill and use a GreatSword and always chase the tigrex when he goes charging at the end of his charge better position yourself to the tail so when he face towards you you will sucessfully hit the head which is one of his weakspots

You can't level 3 gs charge him easily now so LS is better to use with left/right fade slash.i killed him in 12minutes in first try.

I hate Tigrex, it's so hard to get good hits on him when he's enraged so I have to play safe and chase him all over the map therefore the fight takes forever. ALL he does is charge at you, so annoying. In MHXX valor GS makes him bearable but no valor here to save my ass. I hate him, I'd wish Grimclaw (the GOOD version of Tigrex) would replace him forever!
