Bhaiya I don't want to do engg but I'm confused what else to do. If i join bits just for exploring other domains would it be worth it or should I prefer foreign countries.plss bhaiya guide ....

I think thats a very personal decision. But my opinion is that Foreign education requires a lot of investment and if you go for it for the sake of exploring...it might not be worth it.
A better decision would be to explore your interests in India itself and then when you are more confident about your future choice you can consider further studies abroad.
Again this is my opinion, introspect and I am sure everything will tuen out well

No, you the living cost not provided by the institution. Its completely your responsibly to manage your stay and accommodation in case you have an offline PS

No they aren't compulsory. But if you want to go for PS2, PS1 is a pre-requisite.
Many people opt out of PS2 to pursue their research interests, in that case you can drop PS1 too
