Parathas are one of the most popular food items in Indian cuisine. There are many variations of paratha made in India such as plain paratha, aloo paratha, paneer paratha, masala paratha, cheese paratha etc., variation in paratha are either because of cooking method(tandoor paratha, tawa paratha etc.) or because of stuffing (aloo, paneer etc.). In this recipe I have made my own variation of paratha which has onion and chilli as main stuffing ingredients.
Preparation time - 30 minutes
Serving - 4
Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Onion - 2
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala powder -1/2 tsp
Chat Masala powder -1/2 tsp
Green chilli -2 (optional)
Cooking oil
Ghee
Salt to taste
