  • Pesto is one of my favorite recipes; it can be used as a beautiful sauce for pasta or a delicious spread on a fresh bread slice. It goes along wonderfully with antipasti vegetables, cheeses, and sour pastries.
    This basic recipe is a canvas for you to add your personal touch. You can use different cheese, nuts, and herbs to create your version.

    - If you like your pesto thick, add almond flour until you get to the desired thickness.
