A restraining order doesn’t stop a person from talking ABOUT you, unless whatever they say could be viewed as a threat or inciting violence towards you. If Jessi took Gabbie to court then in theory the judge could issue a gag order if deemed necessary. But just simply talking is more of a free speech thing. I suppose it’s possible that a lawyer could try to make a case that it is harassment...but again it really depends on the context of what is being said.

It's not as likely to happen on a smaller dose or if someone is taking the correct amount etc but I honestly think she has been abusing the medication. How is Gabbie gonna say she wants this to stop when she literally told Jessi that she’s going to intentionally keep this going publicly because the fans, for some reason, needed to see it?

This is just purely speculation on my part, but I honestly believe that Gabbie is desperate to keep this in the public eye is because she cares more about her public image and how people perceive her to be as a person than actually being “truthful”.
I also believe that the reason she keeps publicly dragging this situation out with Jessi is because she is desperate to try and convince people that she isn’t a r*** apologist who publicly defended Jessi’s abuser and doesn’t want to admit that she was in the wrong in the first place.
She wants to get the heat off her back and redirect the attention onto Jessi because she doesn’t want to be accountable to her own actions and behaviour by making up excuses and scapegoating her responsibilities onto someone else.
Gabbie doesn't really want this to end. She waits around for something else to happen so that she can use it to keep victimizing herself. And honestly, her depiction of Jessi and her intentions is so far to the left, that I really am worried for Gabbie's mental health.

@@Nekogal21 yep that's what I'm suspecting, like I am on adhd meds and she acts like the warning labels of my medication. It's not as likely to happen on a smaller dose or if someone is taking the correct amount etc but I honestly think she has been abusing the medication. She also mixes it with alcohol and we are not meant to do that.

Gabbie and Jessi wish for the other to leave them alone, BUT Gabbie went on a news article mentioning Jessi and her SA AFTER they had that talk via text (the one mentioned in Jessi's video where someone she knows was in the hospital). Gabbie says she may still talk about it even if Jessi signs to not talk about it. Gabbie has admitted to act out for attention, publicly. Gabbie Hanna won't stop and thankfully, as much hate as drama channels get, they actually inform viewers on these topics.
