hello guys note 2 paya recipe for home cooking.
Beef trotters 2
bong meat 1 kg
water 8to10 ltr
whole garam mala
onion 250g
salt 2 tbl spn
prepare tarka.
ghee 1 kg
onion 500g
ginger garlic paste 100g
cumin 2 tbl spn
red chilli powder 3 tbl spn
tumeric 2 tbl spn
coriander powder 2 tbl spn
salt to taste
yugart 375g
and last add garam masala powder 2 tbl spn
Garnish with green chilli and coriander leaves if you like.
