Thank you for addressing my questions in your video. I feel like you did a stellar job in explaining the relevant fundamentals and key differences betwen TCGs. I share your philosophy on the collecting and long term hold, with a 5 yr old Im hoping I can turn this into a nice education fund in 15+ years.
Floodborn is so slept on. I’m holding maybe 10 cases right now
waiting for prices to drop more.. ppl don’t have lots to spend, making sellers having to drop prices over time.. more events will drop prize cards but hard to wait it out for months sometimes

Hey might be worth talking about the first print run Genie enchanteds with the double swords! Recently discovered mine had it (it's first print run) and I expect these will run up a bit! Also curious what you think the impact of the recent First Chapter releases in other countries will have on the market. Also, I definitely saw Floodborn restocked with the first LGS tournaments (Stitch promo ones). Lastly, I think it's a great time to pick up enchanteds for 1st chapter & ROTF! When booster boxes go back up these will inevitably go back up. I'm a buyer right now.
I'd love to hear more about that Genie because I have one with the double sword and always wondering why I don't see the double sword in some of the pictures of them.
About the two swords, is the second sword a bit faded? Apparently people don't know how to take decent photos, so it's kinda hard to spot the misprint.

@@Brandonhart100 damn, thanks, mine has it! Did a quick google search on the psa slabs and many have it, but the "official" clean images do not show it. It's weird.
Are you sure it's related to the first print run? I bought mine online recently, so I don't know about its print.
@@palkys. I'm not 100% positive but that's what Lorcanarob said on Instagram. That being said the one I have is first print run which is verified by early sales and the cert number.

Hey Scott - I think that almost everything is fairly priced right now.
My first piece is always invest/buy what you like - so if there is alt art (Enchanted) that you like, it would be a great time to grab it.
In terms of pure safe return I think sealed product from The First Chapter, and Rise of the Floodborn are great buys right now as they are the farthest out of the print cycle and will likely not see a massive influx of quantity hitting the market in the future. Think sealed cases here (4x booster boxes in their factory sealed box). If you can't do a case than individual boxes are a great alternative here! I would avoid gift sets from a pure investment POV.
Right now I would avoid any of the recent trophy cards from Lorcana challenge as they are in freefall. I will try to discuss this a bit in my video coming out later today!
