Amazing podcast, Professor Mihir is one of the best teachers I have ever had, I am enjoying the course Leading with Finance, and look forward for the specialization with finance & accounting.

Optionality - at its finest, where most, if not all of us - have experienced. In other words, the situation - asking a girl to the prom. Yet, alternatively, another girl is going to ask you to the prom. And you are trying (deliberately) not to interact with that girl (the different girl), who wants to ask you and interact with us. What do you do? So you possess the courage to pose the question: "Do you want to go to the prom" - will the girl accept your invitation (or will there be a long silence, where she debates in her mind, "Well there may be someone - out there - better"). Maybe there is a better offer available - if I just would wait.
Risk Management - illustrating a critical lesson.
    Tremendous insight & vivid example.

Whether it’s baseball or a new podcast series, having a strong lead off hitter is crucial to success. Home run!
Learned much from Prof Desai’s class & books; never stop learning.

It took my attention to the conversation when Chris told his personal story.
