I love this so much! You’ve really unified the decades of story they gave us in the show in this video, which is really cool. I like how you turned the song back on itself with the “heartless cold” lines at the end, how it echoes what Geralt said - that it’s just bigotry that makes people say that, because it’s never been true that witchers can’t feel. That flipping of the lyrics is even more effective because of how the scenes you chose start with scenes of Geralt killing his way through his enemies, and then transition into how much he cares about Yennefer and Ciri. And at the end, the way the “paid in coin of gold” line also gets turned around is so cool. Because by the time he’s fighting in the streets of Cintra, he’s more fueled by his “better late than never” devotion to Ciri rather than gold. Also can I just say how much I love how you put Jaskier in here? That scene broke my heart in the show.
Oooh, i love this song from Blood & Wine dlc. Always give me goosebumps. Awesome edit! Yes, Triss is lovely in Netflix, as always she is kind & cute whenever she is with Yen.
