In the new version, remote has less buttons and it lights up when you press any button as it was not happening in 2019 model.
Silent mode has been introduced which reduces the fan sound further...means super silent.
Eco Mode which set the temperature on 26'C in cool mode,it is same as Power saving mode.
Dual Inverter is written on the indoor unit.
Rest features are same.

Thanks for sharing your experience. the gyu who installed my AC was even not knowing anything about vaccum. and he was in a very hurry. but since i had some knowledge i tight him up and did the vaccum. Jeeves are very bad. i suggest sacrifice one year warranty but get the AC installed properly.

Does the fan speed making any difference? For me all the 4 speeds (low, medium, high and auto) are running in same speed.

Yes surely I will recommend. As it's still working as good as day 1. I just Clean the filters every 2-3 months and did service by professional mechanic once.
Only thing I would say get a professional personal to install it locally if you know someone. Because some of the Flipkart's technicians are bad they might do something wrong while installation.

I have Marq 1.5 tonn dual inverter 5 star AC ( same one) as shown. i buoght in oct 2018 , working great. the remote has a Backlight when u press and hold any button on the button and you can operate it in the dark as well.

@@tanushbaba it worked fine until the PCB burnt last year June. it was due to high voltage.They tried to replace under warranty but parts were not available so they refunded me the 80% of the amount. I went for Whirlpool,1.5 tonn dual inverter, convertable. Rs 32000/-

I'm using marq 1.5 ton 5 star 2018 model. Bought it for 24k on big billion day. Almost 2 years.
Pros
Value for money.
Decent cooling.
Very less power consumption. My Electricity bill is less (in chennai)
Cons
Jeeves support sucks!! They are bunch of idiots
Not much good looking. Both AC and remote
Only vertical swing. I wish horizontal swing also should have been there. For a sleeping person horizontal swing defintely will give a cool wind from head to feet.
Overal I am happy with AC. Don't pay too much of money for heavy brands , who loots just for their brand name, if you are on tight budget

Nope! It was very silent check the filters if they are dirty. Also what mode are you running the fan on? Always run low so the filters will capture less dust hence less noise.
@@KTNTECH actually I own an lg ac ks-q18gwzd but it is making more noise than it should from the first day and I think the reason is that the engineers that installed it didn't use vacuum pump

I've been running this AC model for the last 1.5 years and my opinion is that; chill factor of this AC is much less than that of my other Carrier and Samsung inverter ACs. Rooms remain cold for long period even I turn off my other ACs; unlike MARQ which gives comfort feeling when running. At the time of install the guy didn't do a vacuum install but later when I insisted they did vaccum install again but that didn't improved cooling. Overall disappointing for an AC.

What is your room size? I need to install in 200 sqft room. Wondering whether 1.5 ton would be sufficient.
As far as I know, 1.5 Ton ac can be used for upto 190sqft area. 200 sqft will be a bit on the highest edge. It can cool I guess but could take longer. My room is about 170 sqft.
Direct sunlight? 1+ window and door then go for 2ton if you want instant cooling but keep in mind 2 ton consumes more electricity, i suggest you to go with 1.5ton dual inverter ac, i am using 1.5 lg inverter in my 210sq f room

Yes. That's normal. I think it does that because of the condenser venting.

A stabilizer is not mandatory for inverter acs. As the compressor can adjust accordingly to the voltage provided mostly.
But it's safer to use a stabilizer in case of any voltage surge.

i think ur previous AC was healthy unit too...d problem now a days arise secondary to the mechanics arriving at ur door....n we cant judge their skills just by luking at them....the same think is happening with my samsung AC too....everytime compressor air vanishes whenever it is refilled...n the mechanic fails to find the way n ultimately advices to refill....

It depends on the temps outside. If it's not hot enough outside the compressor may stop.
In inverter acs compressor can turn up or turn down the compression rate as well as well turn itself off to save energy.

Yes if you know someone professional then sure. But flipkart may do some problems with returns if you do that. So you've to take the risk on yourself and that guy you're arranging for the job.

No you don't need a stabilizer. It's not must. But for safety purposes you can use a stabilizer if you are worried about your voltage.

Make sure it's on cooling mode. Fan should never turn off in cooling mode if it does there might be some problem check with service guy.
Yes my outdoor unit shuts off too when the outdoor temps are similar to the temps set on ac indoor unit that's fine.
You need to service bro after one year. Do service other wise you pay big bill amount.
Yes I checked with the service guy. He says it still doesn't need a service as I have kept the filters cleaned regularly by myself.

Yes I just did the first servicing it's still working amazingly well. Pretty much prepared for upcoming Summer 2021.
For these 2 whole years I just cleaned the filters myself within every 2 months and it didn't need any service until now.
