Good deal for a nice place.
Thanks, I got lucky.
That's a fantastic apartment for that price. Honestly I would stay there if I were you because finding something like that in central Fukuoka is going to skyrocket your rent costs. You lucked out again just like the first apartment in Gwangju. Funny how that's happened twice now in two different southern cities.
You remember the first one! That video is still there for posterity. This one, got lucky again. It was the only thing available within my budget, it just so happened to be more than what I needed. I'll take it. Come visit anytime.
Since I'll be in that hemisphere again soon you'll be one of the first I'll be visiting when I have time. Like we said last time, trying not to make it another five years before seeing each other again. I'm really happy you're finally where you want to be and soon I'll be where I need to be as well.
i loved sleeping on my tatami floors
Hello Stephen, interesting video.
Im moving to fukuoka soon. But have not decided on a apartment yet. Im looking for a luxury 1LDK which is near near daimyo area.
Is it possible to connect with you seperately for a few pointers if you have any? 😃
Sure...you can send an email to stephenredeker@gmail.com
that tiny balcony is probably for smokers! 😄
It sure seems like it, but I don't see anyone else using them at all.
Hows things in Japan Stephen ?
Hi! All is well here. Enjoying my life in Fukuoka. I'll be making an update sometime in the next few weeks. How's everything by you?
