Sir meri chetak ka running me rear tyre lock hiya hai ,mlm karne par ye problem sab chetak customers face kar rahe ,to mene service center me bataya toch shot circuit ka issue batarahe he ,jiska price 17k per mcu horaha hai ,jo 2 mcu kharab hogaye bolkr batarahe hai
Agar hum tecpack lete hai to kya normal standard scooter me change kar k dete hai ya tecpack vala scooter alag se hi banta hai.
scooter is same but some of advanced features like music control, call ans & end, geofence,app connect etc will be enabled through software only

Chetak service charges 10% of replacement part as service charges and that too under warranty. Techpack is also bekhar, screen ko black and white karkay customer ko fool kartha hai. Mainthing chetak thoday se pani may bhi pisal jatha hai. Skids like crazy.

yes it happens but it totally depends on company, a customer cannot ask for it

When i spoke to vida regarding new battery, the price which they shared was shocking. 60k for 1 battery which means 1.20L for 2 batteries. Who will buy batteries in this case people will buy new ev only. Vida seems to be looking forward to make lot of profit from battery selling.
it is same for almost every ev battery irrespective of brand however the warranty terms and conditions must be fruitful for the customers that is what a concern is

actually every ev parts are costlier as compared to petrol scooters because the ev is in their new era so not so much people engaged in this field however with time we can expect a pocket friendly rates on the parts of ev's

Unless there is a Policy that any issue of battery replacement etc 70 percent cost to be bourned by manufacturer and consumer only 30 percent...for all ev manufacturer....to ev successful hoga...Bajaj are u listening mr gadkariji pl bring this policy urgently... because consumer tax bhi de road tax duniya bhar ka tax aur no benefit to consumer...pl youtuber voice to manufacturer to bring the policythat ev battery issue etc 70 percent cost by manufacturer and 30 consumer...to ev battery ka dar khatam ho jayega aur long term ke liye benefit hoga....any comments on these appreciated 😢
look i understand yur point but as yu mentioned that the cost of battery bear by brand atleast 70% and that too if problm occur in a lifetime so sir it is next to impossible a brand can bear whole loss & change the battery if their is a problem within the warranty period but in a long way it is not possible sir

basically auxiliary battery is used for odometer light, head light, tail light, indicators etc but not for range of a vehicle, it comes with 18 months of warranty only

Chetak bought battery from their vendors , which are providing warranty of 900 charging cycle
Bajaj chetak also comes with extended warranty plan it goes to 5 years
