Thanks Mary. This way you get to experience a little of the magic of Uluru from the comfort of you own home. I can tell you though, it still doesn't compare to experiencing the spiritual heart of Australia for yourself.

The drone is a heavy lift X8 multi rotor. It has a lifting capacity of 12 kilograms carrying an align G3 Gymbal with a Panasonic G4 filming in 4K. It can fly up to 16000 ft. And all wonderfully produced by Grainger Films
That's what I came to the comment section for! Good to know. Loved the close up shots and cinematic reveals, guys. Very well produced and I'm glad you guys got the job.
What a stunning film. Like others have said it would be great to see more / a longer cut as this obviously has to fit the length of the typical attention span of advertising target audiences ;) Also, from a technical viewpoint, what was the rig you used and how long did this take to put together in terms of shooting time?

Climbed Uluru. Only phone signal I could get in the desert. Uluru is quite a small rock. Suppose it's like being on a part of Mars. Very windy, easy for the many fit German kids walking up it but I found it scary!! I was thirty back then. One false move and you'd fall to ground. It's a battle of witts climbing it. I don't understand it's importance but only the aboriginal people can !!

never before? flown around uluru and olgas in a light aircraft twice - dawn was totally terrifying - worst flight ever as the sun heats the sand the thermals go mental.... If u like thrills... try it! drones are cool but you ain't up there....
I wonder how the native Aboriginal People feel about a camera drone buzzing above their sacred place, mainly to collect promotional footage for a tourist resort. I wonder if they consented to this.
Hi I filmed this drone video and we did it along side the Aboriginal elders who were thrilled to watch my monitor and see parts of the rock they had grown up with their whole lives but never seen. It was and experience to see their faces.

footage is great ,music doesn't fit there ,you should have mix ,fauna sounds & Aboriginal music
Either works. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean that others can't appreciate it
I didn't gave any opinion on the music ,but on the editing :Footage/music
fell free to appreciate ,we are free to like or not ;-)
