  • 🦑香脆鲜甜爽口的咸蛋苏东,吃起来特别特别的香!🌶️
    材料:
    3个苏东、4个咸蛋黄(蒸熟,压碎)、咖喱叶、蒜片、2根辣椒、鸡蛋、玉米淀粉、1勺黑胡椒、1勺白糖、1勺盐、半勺鸡精
    做法:
    1.洗净苏东,切圈,其他材料切好备用
    2.接下来研制苏东,加入1勺黑胡椒、1勺白糖、蒜片搅拌均匀再加入蛋液研制15分钟
    3.把四个咸蛋黄取出去蒸熟,15分钟
    4.把腌制好的苏东沾上玉米淀粉去油炸,后取出
    5.热锅下入牛油,将咸蛋黄、咖喱叶&辣椒加入锅中爆香,再加入1勺盐1勺糖半勺鸡精搅拌均匀;最后倒入炸好的苏东再翻炒就可以出锅啦❤️‼️

    3 sotongs, 4 salted egg yolks (steamed and crushed), curry leaves, garlic flakes, 2 chilies, eggs, cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt, half a tablespoon of chicken essence
    practice:
    1. Wash the sotong, cut into circles, and cut other materials for later use
    2. Next, develop Sudong, add 1 spoon of black pepper, 1 spoon of sugar, garlic slices and mix well, then add egg liquid and mix for 15 minutes
    3. Take out four salted egg yolks and steam them for 15 minutes
    4. Dip the marinated sotong with cornstarch to deep-fry, and then take it out
    5. Put the butter in the hot pan, add the salted egg yolk, curry leaves & chili to the pan until fragrant, then add 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar and half a tablespoon of chicken essence and stir well; finally, add the fried sotong and stir fry. Out of the pot ❤️‼ ️
