I understand the confusion. It is tradition in Estonia, that the runner up in their national song contest (Eesti laul - the contest to determine who is going to represent the Estonian country in Eurovision) has to perform their own version of the winning song in Eurovision. Ollie had to perform “Tattoo” just because it was the winner, but his own personal favorite was “Cha cha cha”. This is something that hasn’t been previously done, but he himself said in an interview prior to performing the song, that he would have wanted Käärijä to win. And that’s why he added the small portion of the song in the end, since he believes that the win should have gone to Käärijä. I hope this explains the situation.
