@@buffalobmf If you look closely at 4:28 You'll see that the tie-down is holding the bracket, but the actual loop of the tie-down is still open so you could run a strap through it or hook on to it. Hopefully that helps!
We haven't gotten to test fitment on that cover but you could be sure it will fit by checking the way the rails of your bed cover are installed, you'll want to be sure that the clip we installed at 5:00 doesn't interfere with the cover.

You actually keep all four tie-down points with this kit because the brackets are held on by the factory tie-down loops.
