Used Wacom Cintiq 13hd touch messed up pressure

Quick video for the seller of this Cintiq showing how it stutters on the strokes. This happens on Windows 10 and 8. I have shut off all Windows tablet settings that conflict with Wacom as well as the windows ink. I have a 27hd touch as well and it works perfectly on the same system. This 13hd touch has something wrong with it.

Unfortunately I don't think it's a driver issue. I have 2 Cintiq's. One works great and the smaller one in this video is not working properly. I believe it's a hardware problem. I am returning it to the seller.

Kenzie LaMar I think you're right. I got an old PTK intuos4 and that thing decides when to work properly. I heard some bad account about cintiq13hd too.
