    Stir fry Tom Yum Prawn | 干炒东炎虾
    Ingredients 材料:
    ~ 12 pcs prawn 虾(去头,开背,去肠)
    ~ ½ red chilli 红辣椒
    ~ ½ yellow onion 黄洋葱
    ~ 1 stalk spring onion 青葱
    ~ 2 tablespoon tom yum paste 东炎膏
    ~ 100ml water 清水
    ~ 1 tablespoon sugar 糖
    Method 做法:
    ~ Heat the pan, cook the shrimp in oil, and set aside
    热油锅, 虾过油,捞起来备用
    ~ Add a little oil to the pan, saute onion and red pepper, add Tom Yum paste to saute, add water to boil, add sugar to taste
    在锅里加入少许油,爆香洋葱和红辣椒后加入东炎膏炒香,加入水煮滚,加糖调味。
    ~ Pour the shrimp into the pot and simmer, add more water if you like more sauce.
    将虾倒入锅里焖一下,喜欢多汁就加多点水。
    ~ Add scallions and serve!
    加入青葱就可上桌啦!
