I'm not going to lie, I was incredibly excited when I saw this. By the way, I'm going to *try* to stay as constructive in my criticism as possible. I saw the HUD, the time-stopping gauge and the effects, and I was in awe. Unfortunately, when I got to testing the moves I noticed that in your attempts to make a "non overpowered character", before me stood a creation though it was easy on the eyes, and looked fun, but on the flip side was a mod that was *brutally* impractical in battle. I saw absurd start-up on some moves and potentially worse end lag on others(I'm not referring to N-special, as the damage and startup does it justice). And a potential equivalent of an issue, is the Foward air, and down air: These two disrupt my air movement, stopping my fall and slowing my horizontal movement, skewing all results of my split second calculations I made in an attempt to preserve my offense, and make the most of what little this character gives me. And possibly even worse than my previously mentioned issues is the dash attack, it also suddenly stops my momentum and isn't smooth in flow in the slightest. And I'm just straight confused at why the jab is so lackluster and honestly, it has failed me every time I made use of it. I've been playing ssf2 for several years and have played many balanced characters, and never have I *ever* had this much trouble with doing anything whilst playing. I'm sorry to say but besides visuals and gimmicks, this version of Dio is a direct downgrade from a different version we all know. I'm sorry if I came off rude or scathing, I'm simply trying to address a lot of these issues directly and seriously. And honestly l feel a lot of others may feel the same. Thank you for your time.

As you've tried my mods so I guess you do know my style is that I want my mods to be non_overpowered, not to hard to play but you need to have right caculation in your movement, to be good looking and suitable effects (not the best but at least it gotta be nice). For Dio case is he has the timestop, high damage smashes or attacks with high kbConstant which is kinda overpower for almost every characters (including mods), so to balance Dio I need to nerf some of his moves ... or make longer frame animations.... guess you know in the game... - I want to make him maximum balance though he has the advantage with the timestop but any character can still have a chance to beat him (This is what I am heading to). Well This Dio may not satisfy you at all but I hope you still enjoy playing this mod. I will always try to do my best.

well it won't show up in the menu screen. You'll see Dio in the game which replaces Mario
I didn't make a menu screen portrait for him. but I'll do it in the future cause I'm kind of busy with Jotaro stuffs right now

Hey brother just installed your mod! I just ha e to ask: can you remove the feature in which, after he used his neutral b he stands still? Because this can be very chara ter accurate but a little annoying in terms of gameplay XD. About everything else, this mod is good, well done!
yeah I'm trying to fix that in Jotaro (also with Dio untill I finish jotaro 100% completed). Dio and Zoro will have an update version in the future so don't worry :)))
