Wow, what a unique scent to review. There are no other fragrances that I have ever smelled which compare to this. It smells like creamy sandalwood and vanilla mixed with warm milk. I give it a high rating, like most FM fragrances.
The scent breakdown from the Frederic Malle website is:
Top note: bergamot
Middle notes: saffron; sandalwood; vanilla; sacrasol
Base notes: white musk

Yes
Do you know of any similar perfumes with the same milky, creamy, warm texture that is good for casual occasions? Something that isnt too sweet?
I think this could be used for occasional encounters, but it isn’t something I would be dressed sporty in. I suggest trying it out if you haven’t, but I don’t know of anything very similar to this one. The milky sandalwood is not something I’ve come across other than in this one. I’ll definitely do some research and I’ll let you know. I’ll also go through my collection to see if I’m just not recalling something.

Ughh u don’t want it . Trust me it’s terribly sweet. Too nasty sweet . It’s discontinued because it’s crap . Ppl always jump on the discontinued wagon and it’s not even worth it.
how can you compare Dries van Noten to PDM Layton?
I've been hunting this one, Found a 10ml for 120$ lol.. People suck
