I realized that Billy never hit Max, it's something peculiar, he always breaks things or screams, but he has never hit or hurt her... I feel it has to do with his mom and the trauma of hitting women ( obviously adding that he loved his sister very much)

Hi, I personally don't license the songs. Whichever company owns the song usually is the one that claims it like at the bottom of the description. Some countries won't let you use certain songs, unfortunately.
