We knew we needed shooters last summer and came away with aging Joe Ingles. In the draft we got another positionally oversized bad shooter, with outstanding shooters available. Grady Dick, Hawkins and Taylor Hendricks can all shoot. He doesn't seem to get it.
Magic should only keep banchero, franz, Suggs, Cole, Mo, Isaac. Maybe Carter. The rest of team clean them out for better shooters and true scoring point guard with great pull up 3. Find another true rim protector that rebound score down low or marginal three point shooting. I think Magic should revisit bol bol if he is cut by suns his shot blocking makes other teams think twice. Even Dwight Howard as a back up center one year deal so he can retire a Magic

Cut the internal growth crap out. You need to improve the overall roster and make this team better. Internal growth will only take you so far. You have all the resources in the world to improve this roster. Stop sitting on tour hands and make a move

You have to think about the restrictions the new CBA puts on team building. You have to find the right player that doesn’t take away from Paolo. There’s a bunch of factors you have to consider. Thankfully the FO has lined things to where we have a plethora of options. The average casual fan wants us to make a move for the sake of making a move. That’s not how this works. I’m glad Jeff Weltman is as meticulous as he is. He’s not going to let any team try to fleece us. They understand what this team is missing.
