As a learning support teacher I know how much behind the scenes prep goes into the wonderful skills you are teaching the children/young adults. They are learning valuable life skills, alongside literacy in maths, reading, writing, spelling and social skills like communication, working as a team, etc. So valuable. You are raising young adults with a well balanced education in life, relationships, work and family. Impressive stuff. ❤

If i lived in Canada i would pay for you to teach my children, i love the way you teach and the balance between academic skills v life skills, i wish all schools would teach life skills. Even as an adult i learn from your vlogs - thank you so much

I love watching these videos!! I have a disability and I wish I had a place like this to live and learn and get help with care. You are great with all your children. I really want to meet you all.

These videos are very interesting. The kids seem so enthusiastic and charming and seem to work well together. However, I’m assuming, like all kids, that they do get frustrated sometimes and argue/fight with each other. It would be very interesting to hear about their behavior generally and how they interact and resolve conflicts with each other.

Great job !! We always did bottles growing up and it was a great way to learn money skills…and to fight over who got the money but there was only 2 of us so we usually split it 😂😂 I have to say your local bottle depot is a lot nicer than ours, ours doesn’t even have a sink to wash your hands!! I love Cheyenne’s and the other kids reaction to working there though,it could be worse!!😂 Great job for teaching them skills that some people wouldn’t even bother with these days!(seriously our neighbors reaction to me taking the bottles one day was “why would you even bother”…umm to recycle and have some extra money?!) as a person with special needs and a disability myself it’s great to see them working on job skills!!

I am so happy when I see you have posted a video. I just love your family. I love how patient compassionated and loving you are to all your children as you teach them new skills that they can use in a job setting or just out and about in the world. Your children are so blessed to have you and your husband as parents and you both are blessed to have them as your children. Much love 💖 from Kalena and family in Ontario Canada

True it is hard to get a job with disability bc you get the job and see if they keep you . I had 3 job they kept me for a bit , then they say you have to movie on.
Then I started my own business. If you learned that job keep doing your best at it.
You can do anything you put your mind to it. Love your videos and your larger family. 😀♥️🇨🇦

hi debbie, i was wondering if you have any tips and tricks for those with mobility issues. i’ve had mobility issues all my life and recently have been diagnosed with hyper mobility in my hands. (i’ve got it other places too) and they’ve told me to look into some devices and i was wondering if you have any in mind?

Question: How did you let others in your community know about your cans and bottle drop off? Did you hand out flyers, or did you use signs, or does everyone know by word of mouth?
You must have very thirsty people in your community. Way to go for helping them make sure there recycling goes to the right place. Wow I can't believe all of that was one weeks of collection!

Isn’t credit where you add to your balance and debit where you take away from the balance?? Maybe l am wrong but that’s what always thought…..
